Full E-Commerce Stack
Titles, descriptions, GTINs, product categories, product types, and custom labels maintained for eligibility and relevance. Disapprovals, price mismatches, and policy issues resolved same day.
Products segmented by performance tier, margin, and category so heroes get budget, long-tail gets efficient spend, and money-losers get excluded rather than subsidized.
Brand exclusions, search themes, audience signals, asset group structure by product line, URL expansion limits, and daily channel monitoring so PMax serves Shopping and Search, not just Display.
Dynamic product ads for remarketing, Advantage+ Shopping for prospecting, and existing-customer caps so Meta finds new buyers instead of re-selling to your email list.
E-commerce advertising is a feed discipline first and a bidding discipline second. What we do: manage the full paid stack for online stores, starting in Merchant Center. Product titles rewritten for the queries people actually type, attributes filled so products are eligible everywhere they can serve, supplemental feeds for custom labels and promotions, and disapprovals cleared the day they appear. On top of that feed we run standard Shopping segmented by product performance, Performance Max with brand exclusions and search themes, Search campaigns for category and brand terms, and Meta catalog and Advantage+ campaigns for prospecting and remarketing. How we run it: every account is optimized every business day through Ad Campaign Concierge™, with product-level performance review, search term cleanup, budget pacing to seasonality, and target ROAS adjustments based on margin, not top-line revenue. Who it is for: Shopify and WooCommerce stores with a catalog and a margin structure they understand, brands moving from an agency that set Performance Max and walked away, and retailers whose Shopping campaigns show revenue in aggregate but cannot say which products earned it. Results: our published e-commerce case studies report account-level revenue, spend, and ROAS exactly as the platforms show them.
What's Included
Titles, descriptions, GTINs, product categories, product types, and custom labels maintained for eligibility and relevance. Disapprovals, price mismatches, and policy issues resolved same day.

The same feed imported into Microsoft Merchant Center for a thinner auction and lower click prices, managed with the same segmentation.
Purchase tracking with transaction value through GTM and the platform integrations, plus margin-based ROAS targets so a campaign is judged on profit, not revenue.
Budgets planned by month around your calendar: Q4, gift holidays, category peaks, and the slow weeks where efficiency matters more than volume.
Which products convert, which get clicks and no sales, which are priced out of the auction. We use that view to exclude, promote, and adjust bids at the product level.
Our Process
Merchant Center health, feed attribute coverage, disapprovals, and purchase tracking accuracy. Nothing else matters until the feed is eligible and the revenue number is right.
We group products by margin, price band, and historical performance into tiers, then build campaign structure around those tiers.
Standard Shopping, Performance Max with full controls, Search for category and brand terms, Meta catalog and Advantage+, and Microsoft Shopping where it fits.
Conservative targets while Smart Bidding gathers data, with daily checks on where PMax is spending and which products are getting the impressions.
Search terms, negatives, product exclusions, bid and target adjustments, feed fixes, and budget pacing every business day through Ad Campaign Concierge.
Revenue, spend, and ROAS by campaign and product tier, with margin applied so budget decisions are made on contribution rather than gross revenue.
Why Choose Us
Native Merchant Center integrations get products listed, but not listed well. We rebuild the feed layer those integrations skip.
If your last agency launched Performance Max and stopped looking, we already know what we will find: no brand exclusions, no search themes, Display eating the budget.
A 6x ROAS on a 20 percent margin product is a loss. We set targets by product tier based on your actual margins.
Our e-commerce case studies list spend, revenue, and ROAS as the platforms report them. Read them before you apply.

FAQ
The difference is the feed. Shopify's Google channel lists your products but sends raw titles and thin attributes to Merchant Center. We rewrite titles for the queries buyers use, fill attributes so products are eligible everywhere, add custom labels for campaign segmentation, and keep disapprovals at zero. Then we build Shopping and Performance Max on top of a feed that is actually competitive.
Both, in most accounts. Standard Shopping gives product-level control and clean search term data for your best sellers. Performance Max adds reach across YouTube, Display, and Discover for the rest of the catalog, as long as it has brand exclusions, search themes, and daily monitoring. The split depends on catalog size, margin, and how much conversion data each campaign can generate.
From your margins, by product tier. A target that looks healthy on gross revenue can be a loss on a low-margin category. We ask for margin by category or price band, calculate the breakeven ROAS for each, set targets above it, and revisit them as the account gains data. We never change targets on a hunch.
Yes. Meta catalog remarketing and Advantage+ Shopping are part of the e-commerce stack, along with the Conversions API so Meta sees purchases accurately. We run Google and Meta against the same purchase conversion definitions so the reported ROAS on each platform is comparable.
Disapprovals, yes, usually the same day: price mismatches, missing attributes, image issues, and policy flags have known fixes. Account suspensions are slower and depend on the reason; misrepresentation suspensions in particular require site-level changes before Google will review. We have worked through both and will tell you which one you have.
