The Client
Ironside Computers builds custom gaming PCs and desktops by hand and sells them online across the United States. We took over their Meta Ads in July 2026, and in the first 11 weeks the ads drove $810K+ in revenue from 420+ orders at about 22x ROAS.
It is a family business in a category full of big names. Ironside competes on craftsmanship, aesthetics and a 5-year labor warranty, and every order is a considered purchase averaging about $1,900.
"About $180K a month in Meta ad revenue before us. $330K+ in September 2026."
The Challenge
Meta Ads for a high-ticket PC brand has its own demands:
- Big tickets, long consideration. A $2,000 gaming PC is not an impulse buy. Buyers compare builds, specs and reviews before they order.
- Crowded competition. Large PC brands and system builders compete for the same gamers on the same feeds.
- Tracking that has to be right. When the purchase event fires more than once per order, every report and every bidding decision is wrong.
- Creative is the product. Gamers buy what they can see. The look of the build has to carry the ad.
What We Built
1. Clean purchase tracking first
When we started in July 2026, the store's purchase event was firing more than once per order. The client's developers fixed it in our first week, and we verified clean tracking before scaling. The results below start from that point.
2. Advantage+ sales campaigns as the engine
We run the account's Advantage+ sales campaigns, led by Purchase | Sandbox | ASC - LPA, which brought in $560K+ from 290+ orders at about 21x since mid-July. A second Advantage+ campaign and a UGC video campaign run alongside it.
3. An Instagram engagement campaign
IG Engagement Campaign - LPA launched at the end of July 2026 to grow the audience that later buys. It added 1,300+ Instagram followers at about 63 cents each and sent 9,600+ people to the brand's profile.
4. A retargeting campaign ready for the holidays
Retargeting Campaign - LPA is built and ready to bring back site visitors and engaged followers as the holiday season starts.
5. Daily Optimization via Ad Campaign Concierge™
Every campaign is reviewed every business day through Ad Campaign Concierge™, our proprietary optimization system: creative, budgets, audiences and return on ad spend.

- Average order: about $1,900.
Key Takeaways
- Fix tracking before you scale. A purchase event that fires twice makes every number look better and every decision worse. It was fixed before we scaled.
- High-ticket sells on Meta. Gaming PCs averaging about $1,900 sold 420+ times in 11 weeks from feed ads.
- Let Advantage+ do the heavy lifting. One Advantage+ sales campaign produced $560K+ on its own.
- Build the audience, not just the sale. Cheap Instagram followers today are the warm audience for the next launch and the next holiday season.

About This Campaign
Meta Ads for a gaming PC brand, managed with our proprietary Ad Campaign Concierge™ optimization system.
Industry: E-Commerce (Custom Gaming PCs) Platforms: Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) Location: United States Account Duration: July 2026 (still running today)
Revenue and orders are purchases and purchase value as reported by Meta Ads Manager (Meta's default attribution) for the whole ad account from July 15 to October 3, 2026, our management period. They are ad results, not store totals. "Before us" is the account's average for April to June 2026; at that time the purchase event could fire more than once per order, so those months may be overstated and the comparison is conservative. Figures are rounded down and in US dollars.
