In Meta Business Suite, open Settings → People, click Invite people, enter our email, turn on Full control, then — the step most people miss — assign the business assets (ad account, Facebook Page, pixel/dataset, Instagram account) and click Invite.
Invite this email
Access level: Full control — full control lets us manage the ad account, pixel events, and audiences without a round-trip to you for every setting.
YOU'LL NEED
STEP BY STEP
From the Meta Business Suite left menu.
If you don't see People, your own access isn't Full control — the portfolio owner needs to do this step.
bulychev1982@gmail.com — Meta requires the email attached to our Facebook account, which is this one (not our agency address).
The default is basic access — flip the Full control toggle.
Select your ad account, Facebook Page, pixel/dataset, and Instagram account, granting full control on each. This step matters: portfolio access without assets gives us nothing to work with.
We accept from our inbox. Meta occasionally takes a day or two to activate every feature after joining.
Alternative: add us as a partner by Business ID
Meta's recommended agency setup: Settings → Partners → Add → “Give a partner access to your business assets”, enter our Business ID 2156215298051937, and pick the assets and permissions. We then manage those assets from our own Business Manager — no personal invite needed.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once inside, we verify pixel and Conversions API health first — Meta performance is only as good as its event data.
You stay in control. Settings → People → select our name → Remove from business portfolio. All asset access ends with it.
COMMON SNAGS
Asset assignment is a separate step from the invite. Go to Settings → People, select our name, click Assign assets, and add the ad account, Page, and pixel with full control.
Two common causes: your own role isn't Full control, or your business email isn't confirmed yet (Settings → Business info). Fix either and retry.
Steps verified against Meta's official help article. Platform interfaces change — if a label looks different, the official doc is the tiebreaker.
