In Google Analytics, click Admin (the gear, bottom left), open Account Access Management, click the plus button, add our email with the Administrator role, and click Add. Access is granted instantly — no invite to accept.

Access level: Administrator (account level) — Administrator is the only role that can manage Google Ads links and key events; account level covers every property so nothing gets missed.
YOU'LL NEED
STEP BY STEP
The gear icon at the bottom left of any GA4 screen.
Account level is recommended — it covers all your properties. Property Access Management works too if you want to limit us to one property.
ilya@liveppcads.com — it must be typed exactly. Leave “Notify new users by email” checked.
That's it — GA4 grants access immediately, no acceptance step.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Access is live the moment you click Add. We'll audit your conversion events and Google Ads links first — clean measurement is the foundation everything else sits on.
You stay in control. Admin → Account Access Management → search for our email → check the box → Remove. Removing at account level removes us everywhere at once.
COMMON SNAGS
Account level covers every property under the account and lets us manage Google Ads links and key events across all of them — that's the right choice for ads management. Property level restricts us to a single property; use it only if you have properties we genuinely shouldn't see.
You need to be an Administrator yourself at that level to add users. If the menu item is missing, ask the person who owns the Analytics account to add us or upgrade your role.
Steps verified against Google's official help article. Platform interfaces change — if a label looks different, the official doc is the tiebreaker.
