Give us access to your Microsoft Ads
Verified July 2026 · takes about 2 minutes
In Microsoft Advertising, hover over Settings in the left navigation, select User management, click Invite user, enter our name and email, set the role to Super Admin across all accounts, and click Send. We activate from the emailed invite within its 30-day window.
Invite this email
Access level: Super Admin — it's the only role that can manage conversion goals, linked accounts, and users — Standard User hits walls during setup.

Sign in at ads.microsoft.com
Hover over Settings in the left navigation and select User management

Enter our name and email
Ilya Bulychev · ilya@liveppcads.com
Set the role to Super Admin
With account scope set to all accounts. Note: only an existing Super Admin can grant the Super Admin role.
Click Send
The invitation email is valid for 30 days — if it lapses, just resend.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once activated, we typically import and adapt your proven Google Ads structure — Microsoft traffic is smaller but often converts cheaper, and the setup cost is low when Google is already dialed in.
You stay in control. Settings → User management → find our user tile → delete. If we're listed as the Primary Contact, designate a new one first.
COMMON SNAGS
The activation link won't work
Microsoft's activation links are notoriously finicky. Opening the link in an InPrivate/incognito window fixes it in most cases; also check the junk folder for the “Invitation to Microsoft Advertising” email.
I can't assign Super Admin
Only Super Admins can invite or edit other Super Admins — Standard Users can only invite Standard, Campaign Manager, or Viewer roles. Most accounts also cap at 15 users total.
Steps verified against Microsoft's official help article. Platform interfaces change — if a label looks different, the official doc is the tiebreaker.
