Install the free Google for WooCommerce extension from Plugins, then Add New, open its setup wizard, connect your Google account, create or connect a Google Merchant Center account and (optionally) a Google Ads account, choose your target countries, set shipping rates and times, and list your products. Once products are approved, give us access to the Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts using the guides on this site.

Access level: Store owner runs the wizard; then invite us to Merchant Center and Google Ads — the extension links accounts through the Google account that runs the wizard, so the store owner should complete it. We then need Admin access on the Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts it creates or connects.
YOU'LL NEED
STEP BY STEP
In WordPress, go to Plugins, then Add New, search for Google for WooCommerce, install it, and activate it. It is free and published by WooCommerce.
Sign in with the Google account that should own the connections and grant every permission the extension requests. If you decline any of the requested scopes, the setup cannot finish.
If you already have a Merchant Center account, choose it here. If not, the wizard creates one for you.
You can connect an existing Google Ads account or create one. Note: connecting an existing account lets the extension create its own conversion actions in that account; we review and reconcile those with your existing tracking afterward.
Select your target country or countries and confirm the site language. Only shoppers in those countries will see your listings.
You can sync your WooCommerce shipping settings automatically, enter estimated flat rates manually, or configure shipping in Merchant Center directly. Enter an estimated shipping time in days for every target country.
Complete the feed setup so eligible products sync to Merchant Center for free listings and Shopping. A Performance Max campaign is offered as an optional final step; we recommend leaving campaign creation to us so it is built with brand exclusions and search themes.
Follow our Merchant Center and Google Ads access guides to add ilya@liveppcads.com as an Admin on both accounts once they exist.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Google reviews the products before they show. Once they are approved we audit the feed the extension produced: titles, product categories, GTINs, and disapprovals. The native sync gets products listed; the feed work is what makes them competitive.
You stay in control. The extension's own settings include a disconnect option that removes the links between your store and the Google accounts. To remove our access specifically, use the Remove access steps in the Merchant Center and Google Ads guides.
COMMON SNAGS
New products go through Google's review before they are eligible. Check Merchant Center for disapprovals once the review completes; missing GTINs, price mismatches, and shipping settings are the usual causes, and we fix them as part of onboarding.
That is expected behavior when you connect an existing Google Ads account. We reconcile them against your existing conversion tracking so purchases are not double-counted.
Steps verified against WooCommerce's official setup documentation. Platform interfaces change — if a label looks different, the official doc is the tiebreaker.
