In TikTok Business Center (business.tiktok.com), open Users in the left menu, click Add Members, enter our email with the Standard role, then in the Grant access section select your ad account with the Operator role and click Save. Don't have a Business Center? See the alternative below — we can request access with just your ad account ID.
Invite this email
Access level: Standard member · Ad account Operator — Standard plus Operator covers campaigns, audiences, and reporting without touching your billing — TikTok's own recommended split for agencies.
YOU'LL NEED
STEP BY STEP
In the left-hand menu, on the Members tab.
ilya@liveppcads.com — plus a member name (Ilya works).
Admin also works, but it includes finance and member management — Standard is the cleaner fit.
Operator covers creating and editing ads, audiences, and reports. Choose Admin instead only if you want us handling billing and account settings too.
TikTok emails us the invitation. If it doesn't arrive, open the Users tab, click our email, and hit Resend request.
Fastest route: approve our access request (no invite, no Business Center needed)
Send us your ad account ID and we'll request access from our Business Center. You approve it inside TikTok Ads Manager under Notifications (top-right icon) → Business Center tab. Works even if you've never set up a Business Center — and removing the partnership later is one click on your side.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We accept from the email and appear in your Users list. First on our list: your pixel and events setup, then campaign structure — TikTok performance lives and dies on its event signals.
You stay in control. Users tab → select our member row → Remove → Confirm (TikTok asks for a confirmation code). All roles and asset access end immediately.
COMMON SNAGS
Plain TikTok Ads Manager has no add-user flow — multi-user access only exists through Business Center. Two options: use the access-request route below (you only approve a notification — no Business Center needed), or create a free Business Center at business.tiktok.com and claim your ad account first.
Asset access is a separate step from the member invite. In the Users tab, find our row, click Grant access in the Action column, select your ad account, and save.
Only Business Center Admins can invite members or assign permissions. If the button is missing, your own role is Standard — the person who created the Business Center can invite us or upgrade you.
