Add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile

Go to your Business Profile, select More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access. Select Add, enter our email, choose Manager under Access, and select Invite. You stay the owner; managers can't add or remove users or delete the profile.

Access level: Manager — managers can update your hours, photos, posts and services and reply to reviews, but only owners can add or remove users or delete the profile, so ownership stays with you.

STEP BY STEP
Go to your Business Profile
Sign in with the owner account and open business.google.com, or search your business name on Google while signed in.
Select More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access
More is the three-dot menu on your profile.
At the top left, select Add
Enter our email address
Type ilya@liveppcads.com exactly; the copy button above puts it on your clipboard.
Under Access, select Manager
Select Invite
Google emails you when we accept. Until then the invite is listed under Pending on the same page.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We accept the invitation from our inbox and you'll see us listed under People and access as a Manager. This gives us access to the profile only: it doesn't link your profile to any ad account. If we recommend connecting it to your Google Ads, you make that link yourself, and we'll walk you through it.
You stay in control. Open More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access, select our name, and choose Remove person. To withdraw an invite we haven't accepted yet, find it under Pending and select Cancel invitation.

I don't see Add, or I can't select anyone in People and access
Only owners can add or remove users. If you're a manager yourself, ask the profile's owner to send the invite, or to make you an owner first.
Should I make you an owner instead?
No. Manager covers everything we do on the profile. Owners can also add and remove people and delete the profile, and that should stay with you.
You were just added; why can't you change everything yet?
Google makes new owners and managers wait 7 days before they can delete the profile, remove other users, or transfer ownership. Everyday edits, posts and review replies work right away.
