In LinkedIn Campaign Manager, open your ad account, click Account settings in the left menu, then Manage access, click Add user, search for Ilya Bulychev by name or LinkedIn profile URL, select the Account Manager role, and click Add. Connect with Ilya on LinkedIn first if he does not appear in the search.

Access level: Account Manager — Account Manager can create and edit campaigns, manage user access, and edit account details without the billing rights of a Billing Admin. Campaign Manager works if you only want us running campaigns.
YOU'LL NEED
STEP BY STEP
linkedin.com/campaignmanager, then choose the account.
LinkedIn adds users by profile, not by email. You can only add members who are your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-degree connections, so connect with Ilya first if the search comes up empty.
Access is live immediately; there is no invite to accept.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
If we will run Sponsored Content, a Page admin also needs to make us a Sponsored Content poster (paid media admin) on your company Page; that is set on the Page, not in Campaign Manager. We start with a review of your conversion tracking (Insight Tag and conversions) before building anything.
You stay in control. Account settings, then Manage access. Find our name, click the Trash icon beside it, and click Remove to confirm. Every ad account must keep at least one Billing Admin.
COMMON SNAGS
Campaign Manager only lets you add people within three degrees of your network. Send a connection request to Ilya Bulychev on LinkedIn, then repeat the search once it is accepted.
If the ad account lives in LinkedIn Business Manager, users must be added there rather than in Campaign Manager. Add us as a person in Business Manager and assign the ad account with the same role.
Steps verified against LinkedIn's official help article. Platform interfaces change — if a label looks different, the official doc is the tiebreaker.
