In Klaviyo, click your account name (bottom left), go to Settings → Users, click Add new user, enter our email, choose the Admin role, and click Add User. We accept the setup link from our inbox.

Access level: Admin — Admin covers campaigns, flows, segments, integrations, and API keys — Manager works for pure campaign work but can't touch integrations.

Manager is the floor for campaign work; Admin also covers integrations and users, which onboarding usually needs.
We get an account-setup email and join from there.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We'll start by reviewing your flows, list health, and the integration feeding Klaviyo revenue data — that's what makes email attribution trustworthy next to your ads data.
You stay in control. Settings → Users → the three-dot menu next to our name → Delete user → confirm.
COMMON SNAGS
Klaviyo setup links misbehave when another Klaviyo session is active. We log out of other accounts first — if you see us stuck as pending for more than a day, delete and re-add the user.
Klaviyo supports custom roles, and that's fine — as long as it includes campaigns, flows, segments, and API key creation, we can work. Admin is simply the no-surprises option.
