Give us access to your Shopify store

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Users, click Add users, enter our email, assign a role with marketing, reports, products, and orders permissions, and click Save. We accept the emailed invite within its 7-day window.

Access level: Staff — we need marketing, reports, products, and orders permissions to connect ad channels, verify conversion tracking, and read revenue.

- · A plan that supports additional users (Basic and Starter plans don't)

STEP BY STEP
In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Users
Click Add users
On the Admin and Point of Sale tab.
Enter our email address
ilya@liveppcads.com — then click Add Users.
Assign a role
In the Roles section click the + icon and assign a role that includes Marketing, Reports, Products, and Orders — or full permissions if we'll manage apps and sales channels.
Click Save
The invitation email goes out. Heads up: Shopify invites expire after 7 days — if it lapses, remove and re-add.
Alternative: collaborator request (doesn't use a staff seat)
As a Shopify Partner we can send a collaborator request instead. Find your 4-digit collaborator request code under Settings → Users → Security, send it to us, and approve our request when it appears under Users → Requests. Collaborators don't count toward your plan's user limit.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We accept the invite, and the first stop is your sales channels and pixel setup — making sure every ad platform reports the same revenue your Shopify dashboard shows.
You stay in control. Settings → Users → select our user → remove. You can also require two-step authentication on our account from the same screen.

I'm on Basic or Starter and can't add users
Those plans don't include additional user seats. Use the collaborator route below instead — collaborators don't count toward any plan's user limit.
The invite expired
Shopify invitations lapse after 7 days. Remove the pending user and add them again — a fresh email goes out immediately.
