Give us access to your Search Console
Verified July 2026 · takes about 2 minutes

Access level: Full user — Full user has view rights to all data and can take some actions, which covers landing page and query analysis for ads work. Owner is only needed if we will manage other users or verification, and we do not need that.
YOU'LL NEED
- · You are an Owner of the Search Console property
- · About 2 minutes
STEP BY STEP
Open the property in Search Console
search.google.com/search-console, signed in as an Owner of the property.
Go to Settings, then Users and permissions
Settings is near the bottom of the left navigation.
Click Add user
Enter our email address
ilya@liveppcads.com must be a Google Account, which ours is. Google does not allow email groups here.
Select the Full user permission level
Owner grants full control including adding and removing users; Full user can view all data and take some actions; Restricted user has simple view rights. Full user is the right level for agency work.
Save
Access applies immediately with no invitation to accept.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We use Search Console to compare paid and organic query coverage, spot landing pages with indexing or experience problems before we send ad traffic to them, and check that the pages our campaigns rely on are healthy.
You stay in control. Settings, then Users and permissions. Open the menu next to our email and click Remove access. If a user was a verified owner, also remove their verification token so they cannot re-add themselves.
COMMON SNAGS
I do not see Users and permissions
Only property Owners can manage users. If the option is missing, you have Full or Restricted access yourself; the person who verified the property needs to add us or make you an Owner.
Should I add you at the domain property or the URL-prefix property?
The domain property, if you have one. It covers every subdomain and protocol in one place. If you only have URL-prefix properties, add us to the one that matches the URLs your ads send traffic to.
Steps verified against Google's official help article. Platform interfaces change — if a label looks different, the official doc is the tiebreaker.
