In Merchant Center, open the Settings and tools menu, go to Access and services, and on the People and access tab click Add person. Enter our email, choose Admin, and click Add user — we accept the emailed invite and your product feed work can begin.

Access level: Admin — Admins can manage feed connections and linked apps — Standard access can't, and Shopping campaigns live or die on feed health.

The gear-style menu in the top bar. If your interface words it slightly differently, look for “Access and services”.

The invite shows as pending until we accept it from our inbox.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once we accept, we'll review your product feed health, disapprovals, and the Google Ads link — the usual first wins for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
You stay in control. Access and services → People and access → Manage next to our name → Remove person. Effective immediately.
COMMON SNAGS
Only Admins can add people. If you can't see the option, you likely have Standard access — the account's Admin needs to send the invite.
Removing the specific person who verified your website URL un-verifies the site. Adding us doesn't touch verification — but keep that in mind when cleaning up old users later.
