Accept our manager account link request

When we send a link request from our manager account, sign in to your Google Ads account, open Admin, then Access and security, click the Managers tab, find our request under Link request, and click Accept in the Actions column. Google emails you a confirmation and the accounts link automatically.

Access level: Manager link (administrative access from our manager account) — a manager link lets us work inside your account from our agency dashboard without creating a separate user login, and it does not change who owns the account or how it is billed.

· You have Admin access to the Google Ads account
· You have sent us your 10-digit customer ID so we can send the request

STEP BY STEP

Send us your customer ID

It is the 10-digit number shown under your account name when you click your profile picture in the top right. We send the link request to that ID from our manager account.

Sign in to your individual Google Ads account

Use a login with Admin access.

Go to Access and security within the Admin menu

Select the Managers tab

Under Link request, locate our manager account invitation

In the Actions column, select Accept

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete. You will receive an email once accepted, and the account links automatically.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once linked, your account appears in our manager dashboard and we can begin the initial audit. You keep full ownership: your users, billing, and data stay exactly as they were, and everything we build stays in your account.

You stay in control. Admin, then Access and security, Managers tab. Find our manager account, click Remove access in the Actions column, review the preview, and confirm Unlink. Do this only after making sure your own Admin user is still on the account.

I do not see a link request

Check that we sent it to the right customer ID and that you are signed in to that account rather than a different one under the same Google login. The request only appears on the account it was sent to.

Should I accept a manager link or add you as a user?

Either works. The manager link is one click and keeps your user list clean; a user invite gives us a named login inside your account. If you would rather add a user, follow our Google Ads access guide instead.
