The Client
KIDSjumpTECH sells interactive play and learning equipment in the United States: interactive floor and wall projectors, multitouch tables, interactive sandboxes and sensory rooms for schools, play centers, museums and special-needs programs. We ran their Google Ads, which produced 600+ chats and quote requests from May 2024 to January 2026.
Each sale is a considered purchase made by a school, a therapy center or a business owner. The goal of the ads is a conversation: a live chat or a quote request the sales team can follow up.
600+ chats and quote requests from Google Ads, at about $78 a lead.
The Challenge
Google Ads for education technology and B2B equipment is a narrow market:
- Low search volume. Few people search for an interactive floor projector, so every relevant search counts.
- Consumer noise. The same words bring parents shopping for a cheap toy projector for home.
- Competitor brands. Buyers compare established names before they ask for a quote.
- Long sales cycles. The ad's job is to start a conversation, not to close the sale.
What We Built
1. Search campaigns by product line
In May 2024 we launched separate Search campaigns for interactive floors, interactive walls and interactive tables, each with its own keywords, ads and product landing page, on different bid strategies so we could compare them.
2. Lead tracking built on conversations
Leads are counted when a visitor starts a live chat or submits a quote or contact form, plus calls from ads. Phone-number taps, WhatsApp button clicks and contact-page visits are tracked but not counted as leads.
3. Thousands of negatives
More than 3,300 campaign-level negative keywords, shared negative lists and location exclusions keep the budget away from consumer and out-of-market searches.
4. A rebuild with Performance Max
In October and November 2025 we rebuilt the account: three new Search campaigns on maximize conversions and three Performance Max campaigns, one each for interactive floors, interactive walls and touch tables, with 53 images, 27 sitelinks, 32 callouts, price and promotion assets.
5. Daily Optimization via Ad Campaign Concierge™
Every campaign was reviewed daily through our proprietary Ad Campaign Concierge™ system: search-term mining, negatives, budget moves between product lines and ad testing.
The Results
The figures below come from KIDSjumpTECH's Google Ads account and cover our campaigns only, May 2024 to January 2026.
- 600+ real leads on $47K+ of ad spend, about $78 a lead.
- 210+ live chats and 360+ quote and contact forms, plus calls from ads.
- Best stretch: August to November 2024, about 290 leads at about $59 a lead.
- After the rebuild: 65 leads in November 2025.
Key Takeaways
- Split campaigns by product. Floors, walls and tables have different buyers and searches. Separate campaigns let the budget follow demand.
- Count conversations, not clicks. A chat or a quote form is a lead; a phone-number tap is not.
- Negatives are the work in a niche market. Thousands of exclusions kept consumer toy searches out.
- Offer chat and forms. B2B buyers used both: one in three leads was a live chat.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a B2B lead for interactive play equipment cost on Google Ads?
Across the engagement, KIDSjumpTECH's leads averaged about $78 each: 600+ chats, quote forms and calls on $47K+ of ad spend. From August to November 2024 the cost was about $59 a lead.
What do schools and play centers search for?
Product names more than brand names. The searches that produced the most leads were "interactive projector", "interactive wall", "interactive touch table", "touch screen table", "interactive floor games projector" and "interactive projector for kids".
Do B2B buyers prefer live chat or a quote form?
Both, so offer both. Of the 600+ leads, 210+ started a live chat and 360+ submitted a quote or contact form, plus a smaller number of calls from ads.
Should an equipment seller run Performance Max or Search?
Both, split by product. In October and November 2025 we rebuilt the account with a Search campaign and a Performance Max campaign for each product line: interactive floors, interactive walls and touch tables. November 2025 brought 65 leads.
